Clinch Brakes is the BEST!!
I was pleased with them coming to get my car off the side of the road but that was all. They were full of excuses after that. I waited 3 days for a tire. They said they had to order one, which I never got. They never contacted me about the tire, I had to keep calling them for an update. Finally I had them put my spare on and went and picked up my car and they tried to keep my rim. I was not pleased. The towing service was good though.
2 stars because they verbally spoke at all when I attempted to obtain service. From the shop mechanic to the the office patrons, I felt as though i walked into a complexion specific establishment. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. However my car was stuck there overnight. When I went to pick it up the next morning, this happened (see picture)
