I strongly believe in letting people know when they have gone above and beyond; It seems to happen so infrequently now in the world that we live in. Clinch Brakes is the BEST!!
I was pleased with them coming to get my car off the side of the road but that was all. They were full of excuses after that. I waited 3 days for a tire. They said they had to order one, which I never got. They never contacted me about the tire, I had to keep calling them for an update. Finally I had them put my spare on and went and picked up my car and they tried to keep my rim. I was not pleased. The towing service was good though.
