I’ve been going to this place occasionally for many years to get my eyebrows threaded. Today I went in and no one greeted me, and after 15 minutes still no one. I understand an esthetician can be with a client, but coming to greet the person and telling them she’ll be back in x amount of time is the least you can do. I left and won’t be coming back
