L’installation de ma thermopompe a eu lieu en avril 2026. Depuis 2 mois, nous sommes pris avec une thermopompe défectueuse. Je suis extrêmement déçu du service inexistant et je me retrouve en plein mois de juillet sans air climatisé et sans aucune date de résolution de problème. Je ne recommande évidemment pas les services de cette entreprise qui n’offre aucun service à la clientèle. Un client extrêmement déçu ! 😞
Une belle expérience autant avec la représentante(Jennifer) qui nous a très bien conseillé qu’avec l’installation impeccable fait par leurs professionnels selon le calendrier prévu. Aucune mauvaise surprise Pierre Desroches Donnacona
they are very satisfactory in sale and delivery of their product. then comes the service,.seems like the third party hired for the install and service is not at all what someone would expect to have after the sale pitch. It has been 6 months installed and thought we would live with the issue of heating and now for cooling , well it just doesnt work. Lets hope they can prove me wrong and service the unit like we paid for and was told what great service after sale was. after many calls still waiting for reply

The 10-year warranty is meaningless as the company does not honour it. After-sale service does not exist. My Zephyr heat pump started having issues after only 2-years and now is the second time it stopped working and I am waiting for a call back for a service appointment still after a month and a half. I have called multiple times and been reassured on the phone call that someone would contact me asap, but that follow up does not happen. We thank Marc-Olivier Poulin for coming to our house and providing all the information we needed. Also thanks to Gabriel Lesveque for the installation of the new heat pump and furnace - excellent service and very professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their heating system.
