The 10-year warranty is meaningless as the company does not honour it. After-sale service does not exist. My Zephyr heat pump started having issues after only 2-years and now is the second time it stopped working and I am waiting for a call back for a service appointment still after a month and a half. I have called multiple times and been reassured on the phone call that someone would contact me asap, but that follow up does not happen.
