The 10-year warranty is meaningless as the company does not honour it. After-sale service does not exist. My Zephyr heat pump started having issues after only 2-years and now is the second time it stopped working and I am waiting for a call back for a service appointment still after a month and a half. I have called multiple times and been reassured on the phone call that someone would contact me asap, but that follow up does not happen. Also thanks to Gabriel Lesveque for the installation of the new heat pump and furnace - excellent service and very professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their heating system.
