Effectivement, l’installation était prévue sur 2 jours; ils ont choisi de travailler sans pause (pm), pour nous donner la climatisation pour le soir même . Bravo ! Merci! Puis quoi dire de Jacob !.. Il a pris soin de bien nous conseiller et après, de nous aider à faire notre demande à Hydro Q. Tout ça sans compter son temps. Il nous a fait sentir comme si nous étions de la famille!
