Matthew Ritchie with Climbing Carolina Tree Service LLC provided excellent customer service after I saw him cutting a huge tree down for my next door neighbors this afternoon. I asked him if he had time to drop a tree in my backyard that had been leaning over onto another tree in my yard since hurricane Helene. He gave me a very reasonable price and had it down in less than 15 minutes from my request. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling on him for all of our future tree service needs.

Climbing Carolina will be my first call if I need tree services in the future. Matthew Ritchie returned our call promptly, arrived on time to assess the job and provide a very reasonable quote. He was able to schedule the job within a few days. His team was highly skilled and very professional. I bought a house that was in a bad condition. Had a lot of oak trees in the yard that I wanted to get rid of. Called a few guys to get a quote. Many didn't return my calls. He returned my call promptly. He saw me the next day and gave me a quote. Two of the trees were in a tight position, close to the house with little room to work. Matthew was a God send for me! I was getting super inflated estimates for large shrubs and two small tree removals. Matthew answers his phone, does what he says he’s going to do, does it on time and does it well! I appreciate his honesty and I appreciate that he is a man who keeps his word with a handshake! Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job taking down a huge pecan tree from my front yard. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up once the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
