I'm writing about deceitful business practices. I had two oak trees cut down and stumps ground also for $950 by another tree service. Your company charged my elderly neighbor lady in her 80s $1500 to cut down a small magnolia tree. Complete rip off. Your company should be ashamed and reported. I probably will, be expecting it . Day of your service at her address 13-14 May 2025. You know your wrong.
I am concerned about this company. We live in Groveland and have posted no solicitation signs at the entrance and found this stuffed in our USPS mailbox. Only USPS mail is to go in there. My concern is on their moral standing. If they saw the sign and still solicited, then they are of poor quality. If they didn’t see the sign, then they do not understand the laws and rules of how the postal service works. Either way I will ensure that our HOA and our neighbors are aware of these actions. Great experience with this company. Was looking for a fair estimate for a dead tree removal and within an hour of calling, the job was done and at a very fair price. Reliable, safe, quick and affordable. Kristy was very polite on the phone, and Dusting worked hard and fast. A man and his Machine, I named him! Will use their services again. 👍🏻
We recently had a three-person crew out to trim several trees on our property, led by Dustin, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had trees down since Milton, that the Climb Higher Tree Service took care of for me today. They worked from early morning to dusk cutting and hauling those trees. Couldn't ask for nicer men, and did an exceptional clean up as well as hauling those pines out. Thank you for a job well done.
