It has been close to 1 year it took over 7 months to get anything done. I cal several times in these months. Lie after lie. The panels was 1 put up jig jagged. I told them several times nothing. Finally a person comes they both agreed the panels should not look like that. Took 1 month to get a person here. To fix panels to be even . Dont do business with this company!They still dont have the system completed it 3 months past completion date. Definitely dont use their financial company. They dont honor their terms of the contract. Someone else in are area is having the same issue.

Stay away from them! They are a scam-had us resign our contract because they made an error, but "but everything was exactly the same" otherwise. It was not, and now we are paying way over the quoted price. Took months for the panels to be turned on, they would never answer our calls or call us back. Now, 8 months later, our monthly electric bill is just as high as it was before the panels. We have called for weeks asking them to come and check them to see if they are working, and nobody will call us back. Run away as fast as... read more

The sales team was great, the install was OK but they never made the battery backup work it has been a year, and still don't work. They won't respond even to enphase about this. Very disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs. I overpaid for a 12.1 kw system and they installed a 9.5 kw system. Now after a year of informing them of the mistake, they are saying that the size was just an estimate, and they won't be fixing the problem. Do your research and run away from Climax Solar. If zero stars were an option, that's what they would get from me.

I received an estimate for services that was almost criminal. They pay for their reviews and astroturf, anyone who has actually used them are very unhappy.

Very disappointed doing business with Climax Solar. They where efficient and quick at getting the panels installed, BUT once they where installed the communication stopped. I've called several times to see what the status was to get them running and nobody will call me back. I DO NOT recommend going with this company...

These people are not interested in their customers, and they say things and don't follow through. I'm so very, very disappointed with this company and our Consumers Energy Company. All talk ,no action. The promises, all hog wash. September 2022 to May,2023. Still fighting with them. They need to do what they say they will do. 7 Months, and still some one or both, Consumers Energy and Climate Solar needs to fix THIS.
