They lied to us to get us into a contract. We are now in debt for equipment we never have and likely never will be able to use.

I've had my solar panels for about a year now, after they were first hooked up the installation crew told me that Consumers energy would complete the interconnection process and my system would be running properly. After numerous phone calls, without any return calls, Consumers has yet to make the interconnection. Very disappointed in the follow up process.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. They host a "bait with $1 to sign papers and then no $ is delivered " scam this company is very shady in their sales practices. It was written IN WRITING in the Installation agreement. (legal document) I was promised a $1 K rebate after installation was completed and I have not received it. It has been almost 6 months (August 2023), I followed up with a rep and I was told first week in December for rebate checks. It's now December 15th, 2023 and still nothing. Do not use Climax Solar. They contracted a roofing company, Mid Michigan Home Improvement. They Finished my roof June 26, 2023. When I came home from work i had a boarded up window that they broke, found a notice from the city of Jackson taped to my door that a roofing permit was not submitted and my gutters were not reinstalled. I live with a friend who got these climax solar panels. What a joke they've never worked. No return calls or sending him to different other places all saying its the responsibility of climax solar. Finally after 5 months somebody comes out and says they're going to be working now we've hooked them up well yeah they came out after 5 months supposedly hooked them up and the bill is $400 the highest it's ever been. do not trust them me and some one from the same area still not set up 1 thet will not correct the problem with the lender so lender thanks i have 27 panels on my roof for $70,000 but we hade to redo the contract for 24 panels ground mount for $69,000 so they got paid about $1,000.00 more 2. the contract states that i am to have sunpower panels and instead they gave me jinko panels 3. ther is no suport on the end verey bad setup

We have had our system up and running for almost 1 month. I have called and emailed them several times about our rebate check. No answer to my calls and all I have received was "Looking into it and will get back to you" response in email. This is not good business practice for your customers!

Promising things to customers and not full-filling. Horrible at answering the phones. Customers have been promised a rebate check from them and have not received mine, called numerous times to see about getting that, and none answers the phone.

How can this company have BBB trade **** on their page when I have tried to return an item and get no response from them almost 3 years now. They do not return calls .
