My parents purchased a brand new HVAC system from Butch and Jesse Hill and it failed in less than a year. Kudos to Jesse for Saturday night May 4th and his extra efforts. Jesse came to the house at 10:40 p.m. when the AC unit stopped working and a family member had a surgical procedure 2 days prior. His was smiling, glad to help, troubleshot and made the repair in less than an hour. The inside house temp was 84 degrees at the time and an hour later the family member fell asleep in a cooler room. His extra efforts will never be forgotten and always appreciated.
