We recently had Joe out to repair a central air conditioning unit that he installed. He came out, figured out the issue and what part was needed. He did not have the part on his truck, nor the ‘universal’ part that we have now found out that almost all HVAC companies carry. At the end of the day, he wound up using a much larger size part than what was needed, in turn blowing the entire unit. Best HVAC repair in Rockland! Joe is a stand up honest guy and was a pleasure to work with. My central air was broken on the main floor of my house, he assessed the whole unit and told me it would be 1 out of 3 problems. Gave me pricing for each before he continued his work so I knew what the minimum and maximum the project would cost. No hidden fees, hidden charges, etc. Hard to find good vendors, but would recommend him to anyone.
