I usually don’t write reviews but the outstanding customer service I received today warrants it. Climatrol installed a new heat pump system for us in June 2025. We had a new roof put on the house on Monday. One of the roofers shot a nail through one of the old HVAC lines that Climatrol used when installing our new system. The roofer said it was because of an improperly installed line 20 years ago. I called Climatrol and they sent someone out right away as the roofing job was stalled. Very professional. Came in got the work done and made it better than what it was. Definitely would recommend them. Both technicians (Jack and Travis) were very knowledgeable and professional. The response time was amazing. A big thank you to Doug for coming out on a Saturday who was very professional, informative and explained all my options for the work they performed. All around an awesome team!
Fantastic! Was told they would be out first thing this morning and Zach was here at 8:30. Before 9 I had heat and he was on to his next appointment.
