The rep came to my home because I'm concerned that the ductwork is not connected in my crawl space. He was under there for about 15 minutes and came out and told me he saw evidence of rodent, some of the soft ductwork was laying on the ground and some of the boots were not secured around the vents, and he absolutely would not even talk to me about repairing any of it. Not your usual review due to not your usual “Home town” company. If you want to contact Climatrol Air, LLC you will be making the BEST decision in the North Georgia areas. Doug the owner, his wife with office staff, Zack, JD, Chandler, Jack, Andrew and Doug are the most professional, Knowledgeable and above all reactive to the customers concerns. Had problems with a unit they installed. When I called them they said they would make it right and they did at no cost to us. The owner and his employees were professional and very helpful and really cared. Will use them from now on for any HVAC issues.
