Service Tech Sam Cornett was courteous and knowledgeable and arrived exactly when he said he would. Glad to have them servicing my HVAC
Sam came out just now to do my maintenance for the season and he was great. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Sam for you help with the unit. Much appreciated. I get my unit serviced twice a year and never have any issues. Great price and services
Prompt and courteous response to maintenance for season.
Sam was very professional, honest, and upheld an extremely high level of integrity. The previous company that came out said I needed a bunch of work that I didn't need. I had been with this company 9 years and they recently changed ownership. Thanks to Sam he saved me $7K. It pays to get a second opinion. Climatrol has earned by trust and respect and I will be using them going forward.
Jeremy was very courteous and professional. I was running late and he waited for me to arrive. Highly recommend them.
