Very happy with this company. Zach was very informative and not pushy at all. The office was very helpful in navigating when and how the installation could accommodate my schedule. Travis and the installation crew were very courtesy, informative and made sure that everything was clean and we were satisfied with everything they did. We were having trouble with our 20 year-old furnace during a particularly cold snap. I called Climatrol and Matt was here within 90 minutes and got it operating but recommended a new much more efficient system. Travis and crew were here 3 days later and quickly and professionally installed our new heat pump/ propane unit. After installation Travis helped program the new thermostat and answered all of my questions. Great job and people.
