This is really bad company. Had a tech come out that was rude and unprofessional. Charged us a service we did not agree to and told us we had one option for HVAC fix, take it or leave it. Clearly did not want to be there. We went with another better company (Cheshire, call them instead) and I called and asked that the charge for the service we did not agree to be removed. We had a great experience with Climatrol Air! Our AC had stopped working properly, and even though we called after hours, the person answering the phones was extremely prompt and got us on the schedule for the very next day. We received a text notification and a heads-up call 20–30 minutes before our technician arrived. Zach, our technician, was fantastic. Climatrol Air installed a new HVAC system for me at my place in Blue Ridge last week and did an excellent job. Travis Theiss and the team were extremely professional going the extra mile to make sure it was all done perfectly!
