The work was fine, but the owner Rob was a nightmare to talk to. I had issues that may or may not be his company's fault. I had a new unit installed at a cost of around 5000 which stopped working a few months later. During my investigation of the unit not working, I discovered that the drain from my hvac unit had been damaged and that my drywall now had mildew growth. Their tech came and told me that I had a short in the wire between my thermostat and the hvac unit. He also cut the mildewed drywall out and left a hole in my ... read more

As usual when someone does NOT like the answer, such as you, then they try to manipulate and threaten us to get there way. This is CHILDLIKE BEHAVIOR. Unfortunately I'm not one to be backed into a corner and when I am, the result is typically not favorable to those that do. You have a fault in your thermostat wire behind the wall, if it were there the day of install we would have advised you of the charges to replace it. So now you want us to replace it free, stating your financial hardship and try telling us that other H... read more

The Climatize team is second to none! Working on a fixer upper, first experience was heat being out in frigid winter temps. Rob was able to get the 30 year old gas heater going and provided realistic proposal to replace the system. The Climatize team provided a quality installation and now enjoying the benefits of a very efficient new system. On Saturday April 6th, went to switch system to AC on first warm day and unit did not operate properly. Phone call was immediately returned and Rob had me try a few things to see if it ... read more
