We needed to have our evaporative cooler looked at as it honestly sounded like a helicopter was about to land on the roof! We reached out to Climatise, and from start to finish the service and communication were wonderful. Unfortunately, the cooler couldn’t be repaired, but we were given very clear explanations about what was wrong and why, along with images to show the issues. Had George come out to check our evaporative cooling as I believed it needed replacing and he was great! It didn’t need replacing after all and George was very friendly, honest and super informative on best practises to keep the system running at peak efficiency. This was the third time I’ve used Climatise and their service has always been top notch. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience with Climatise! They were so helpful on the phone and came really quickly to our appointment. George was right on time and so helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly, explaining all aspects of the system- we moved into the house recently- and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this company!’
I had 3 split systems installed with Climatise. Initially 2 were installed last year and have had no issues so far. They did such an amazing job that I called them back to install the third one today. George and Brent were professional and efficient, they explained everything well and left my home clean and tidy.
