I am totally amazed how awesome my pellet heater is…. I have had an amazing experience from my first contact with Steph when I enquired about getting someone to come out and see if it was something that would work in my house. I added a few things to my order and Steph was so great to accommodate my changes suggesting what would be best for the area I was getting the heater installed.. to George coming out and giving me great advice… I had to wait a little for my turn but once my day arrived, the installation was seamless.... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Steph and George. Steph helped me with organizing the appointment and bringing it forward due to a sudden cancellation. Can't thank her enough coz I was surviving without heating for 3 weeks in this freezing cold. She is amazing with what she does. George is a fabulous technician. Friendly business manager and staff. Willing to work with customer's demands. Experienced team of installer and electrician made a seamless installation. A one stop shop that able to offer great services and solutions.
I spoke with Steph over the phone on several occasions to work out the best option for our heater replacement. She was very helpful and had our unit sorted faster than we expected. George and Riley did an awesome job with the installation and were very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
