Technician who visited was professional and had excellent people skills. He, George, explained, with photos, his findings and recommendations. Our entire experience with Climatise was positive. Our heater broke and we called around and no one would answer. Climatise answered on the first go and had us all booked in within a few short minutes! Unfortunately I can't recommend this company, which is a shame because they came recommended to me by a local business. There were several issues. Pre-sale the communication was great, they were pro-active in following up the quote process and that was part of my decision to go with them. However I paid in full upfront once the decision was made and it all went down hill from there. It’s now 7.5 months since my husband posted a review about not receiving our electrical compliance and despite response from the owner we are still waiting. My husband would have posted this himself but has been blocked. I now have serious concerns about the quality of our installation given we can’t get a compliance certificate.
