It’s now 7.5 months since my husband posted a review about not receiving our electrical compliance and despite response from the owner we are still waiting. My husband would have posted this himself but has been blocked. I now have serious concerns about the quality of our installation given we can’t get a compliance certificate. Had George come out to service our heater. Just bought an exisiting home and he explained it all in detail. Thought we needed a whole new unit! Turned out we just needed regular services- previous owners never did. Highly recommend! Professional and safety checks done above and beyond expectations!
I would like to give a big shout out to the staff at Climatise for their excellent service in fixing my ducting heating unit. Nothing was ever a problem when I called & the technician George was extremely helpful in trying to solve the issue. I would highly recommend this business whether you are purchasing or need an existing unit serviced. First class service!!
Unfortunately I can't recommend this company, which is a shame because they came recommended to me by a local business. There were several issues. Pre-sale the communication was great, they were pro-active in following up the quote process and that was part of my decision to go with them. However I paid in full upfront once the decision was made and it all went down hill from there.
