Superbe service à un prix raisonnable! Maxime et son employé sont arrivés à l’heure et ont su réparer mon air climatisé centrale rapidement. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer ce qu’il a dû faire et pourquoi en plus de répondre à mes nombreuses questions. De plus la camionnette est propre et bien organisée ce qui me confirme qu’il est vraiment à son affaire.
Nous avons utilisé 2 fois les services de Max BTU (installation d'une thermopompe puis entretien sur une nouvelle maison) et chaque fois, l'expérience a été parfaite. Il propose des solutions à l'avantage du client (machine, subvention, forfait, etc.), en plus d'être très professionnel. Il est très respectueux de l'environnement et de sa clientèle. Je ne ferais affaire avec personne d'autre pour ce type de travail.
