Installation was very fast and easy. Salesman was very helpful and easy to work with. Very satisfied with the whole experience!
Nous niaise. Installation inadéquate même selon Lennox, marque sur la facture qu'il va revenir replacer la tête murale mais après des mois d'attente, nous dit qu'il ne le fera pas. Réparations sous garantie mais charge 500$ de temps et déplacement. Reparateur qui ne connais pas le produit, j'ai dû lui imprimer les instructions pour le réparer, fait fuire du gaz réfrigérant et me charge pour la perte.
