Suite à mon appel pour service, j’ai eu un retour d’appel rapide de madame Nadia Robitaille, au service à la clientèle chez Nouvel-Air. Elle m’a évité de devoir débourser des frais pour un appel de service, car cette dernière a su m’écouter pour bien cerner mon problème et ainsi pouvoir m’informer comment je pouvais le résoudre moi-même sans frais.
