Excellent service ! Le technicien est passé la journée même, il a réglé le problème de notre thermopompe en plus de faire une inspection sommaire de celle-ci et de nous donner des conseils sur son entretien. Je recommande.

***PAS FIABLE*** (1/2)Ils sont venu nettoyer le climatiseur mais on seulement nettoyer la murale intérieure car n’avait pas l’échelle appropriée pour la murale à l’extérieur de la bâtisse (j’habite dans un condo sur deux étages). Le technicien (très poli) a tenter d’appeler la compagnie pour qu’ils envoient une autre échelle , pas de réponse.
