The whole experience went very well. From meeting the sales representative to speaking with the owner regarding my concerns. The Installers were very punctual and knew what they were doing. My install was a bit different as I was changing an outdated mural mini split AC to a thermal mural mini split system keeping the original plumbing which was run in the wall many years back.
