Best professional installation team that I have ever had the pleasure of watching them work in harmony, efficiency and dedication. We both a AC unit from Alcor in August of last year. They were quick to come and install it. Unfortunately while installing they cut a cable for my stove. Because of that we were 2 weeks without being able to use or stove. Felix told me that he would send me a gift card from IGA to compensate for our trouble. To this day we haven’t received that gift card. They told me that they sent it a while ago but nothing on our end. We bought a Convectair from Alcor and are very pleased. There were a few glitches in the beginning but someone was always there and happy to fix and explain. I would recommend this company highly.
