I'm sorry to be writing this review, as I understand that this company does acceptable work, when they do return you calls and show up for work. Unfortunately this was not my experience, after buying a pool heater at Campbell's pools on Youville Dr, and being told Benoit Witty is their go-to guy. Initial calls to their office line with my info to call me back to schedule went unreturned. Flawless install of our new AC unit. Benoit is meticulous with his work. He thoroughly explained options for the install from start to finish. We have had Benoit for all of our furnace and AC needs for 25 years and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Called, left message. Day later, left a detailed text message. Four days later, still no response. Definite lack of customer service. Can't take 2 min. and call back? Come on, seriously?!
Fantastic customer service and very professional. If I could give them more stars I would!! Ben diagnosed and repaired our Jandy pool heater in time for the family to enjoy the water this weekend. I highly recommend Climatic for all your HVAC needs.
