Flawless install of our new AC unit. Benoit is meticulous with his work. He thoroughly explained options for the install from start to finish. We have had Benoit for all of our furnace and AC needs for 25 years and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Called, left message. Day later, left a detailed text message. Four days later, still no response. Definite lack of customer service. Can't take 2 min. and call back? Come on, seriously?!
