Everyone at Climates by Pomeroy is professional and nice. They are easy to work with. We've been customers for years, and we're very pleased.
We had several bids to add 5 mini splits to our 1890's house. We upped the insulation via Mass Save ahead of the install. Climates were the lowest bidder, but their proposal made the most sense. The crew came out within a few weeks and did everything over 2 days. They were very focused, great at explaining operation, and cleaned up afterwards. And did all the paperwork to get us a $4,900 rebate. I would give 10 stars if they let me. I Highly recommend!
Have used Climates for several years now. Always very attentive to my needs in a very timely manner. All the employees have bent over backwards to make sure the job gets done. Wish all the tradespeople I use were as good and conscientious. Glad to have them!
