Can only assume they closed down. Rang months ago, spoke to someone about my job, they said email the details to confirm, and they'd get ono it in the coming weeks. Never heard anything, so weeks later emailed again. Still no response. Have tried calling but auto message says the message box is full and thus phone doesn't get answered. They could have at least told me they were closing and couldn't do my job.
A person from Climaterite showed up without an appointment at a rental property that I own to do a service on a air conditioning unit that I contacted them about in October 23. I decided not to use this company so was surprised to hear from my tenant John that they had told him of a texted confirmation of an appointment which they had received from me. First-time user of Climaterite and very impressed indeed. Great communications from the office and technician. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our split system, explaining options and possible outcomes. With our agreement the unit was fixed and tested fine.
