Installation was costly, updated 3 times and still not working. Daiken is making controllers too small and with worse smaller prints on everything I can't read them. CLIMATECH failed three times to adjust the cooling of my home. Impossible to cool down under 24 C. The latest inspection revealed messy ducts in the ceiling, their installer didn't do a proper job, it is the norm on the Sunshine Coast today.
Not recommended! Installed ducted domestic system. Drain installed in a location without consultation. Flare in system failed on third use and within two weeks of install. Took six polite phone calls and two polite emails to get a commitment to relocate drain. Repair of drain done by staff who did not have any manners. Arrived at house, did not bother to greet before starting work. Proprietor also attended and lacked the manners to advise he was onsite. The quote was a good price, and the install itself looks good. The crew were mindful of not damaging walls , etc as they were bringing in much equipment to use in the installation. However, the company itself is very poor at responding to emails. Unfortunately after the install of our ducted system, the insulation that was removed was not put back, and even worse was the fact they dumped some insulation over the top of a down light, which of course can be a fire hazzard.
