Great service, the mini splits are working perfectly after their annual check up. As a hispanic person, it was also very nice to talk to Frank in my own language.
I would think twice about using Climatech. I was looking to replace my old gas boiler system with two heat pumps, one for the second floor, one for the main floor. Michael came into my home 2 years ago, we discussed a plan and agreed what to install and how to update the current A/C vent layout. Absolutely do not use this company. They flooded my basement when we got our oil furnace installed and our heat stops working three times every winter. Each time it’s a different issue but recently they needed to replace a part that was rusting inside. The unit has been leaking water since it was installed but it took them two years to figure this out. Said they would order the part and months went by. Their team did an amazing job for us! Everything was done while I was at work for my 8-4 job and it only took a few days. That was even after a delay from sourcing parts that would work for our very old house. All of them were very nice and made sure to show us how everything works. They made everything incredibly easy by having all kinds of contractors on staff too. I really appreciate all of their work and would 100% recommend working with Climatech Services.
