Part of my sump pump pipe broke due to freezing temperatures.Sam came, replaced the section that was damaged, and now the sump pump is working perfectly. The job required digging, but everything was cleaned up.
Sam was very professional, explained the problem and did a great job fixing it at a fair price. I just had an emergency issue with water leaking into the basement, yesterday March 5th 2025. I gave Sam a call and he came right over to fix the problem, and did a great job! Very reliable and honest plumber.
We’ve used Sam 3 times (3 different issues) and he continues to be the best! Each time he’s come out he’s been more than punctual… within an hour and fixes the issue on the spot. The last time he was out we had a leak in our shower and we couldn’t figure out if it was a caulking issue or a crack in the shower lining. Instead of charging ridiculous prices and tearing up our master bathroom, he called a water restoration company (free of charge) so we could be sure it was an isolated leak due to caulking.
