I keep getting phone calls from clients of Climatech stating that they contact climatech for service calls on their broken Gree equipment and are told that Climatech is kicked out from Gree so they can not honor the warranty. Stay away, this is just a company that likes to sell equipment but not do the service after, making your warranty not valid. i spoke with Gree and even if they did ban a company they will still allow them to purchase parts to honor warranties, do not be fooled byt the scams of this company.
Got a wall mounted heat pump installed in both of our last 2 houses and have always had great experiences with Climatech. Very good service and an excellent quality product. The technicians were punctual and thorough, and installed everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Climatech to others.
