Très bon service après vente. Mon système est installé depuis 3 ans et tout fonctionne comme prévu.
Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout du service après la vente, aujourd'hui 19 décembre 2024 ,je reçois la visite de technicien qui a juste changé le thermostat défectueux en un autre et il me charge 200$ après beaucoup de négociation et initialement ils ont voulu me chargé 260 +tax Ça lui a pris même pas 5 min . Et quand je parle avec Julie elle veut me faire comprendre que le prix chargé ça d'allure et que c'était expliquer à moi lorsque j'ai acheté le produit ce qui n'est pas vrai du tout. Had a ton of issues with them during the installation. Including leaving my furnace room a mess, forgetting to install the thermostat, and difficulties getting into contact with them about any of my concerns. Eventually they come by to fix the problem after I had left a negative review on Google, only stopping by to have the review removed. Upon leaving the technician told me to take it down, which I did. Adding another 5-star rating for Climatech. They installed my dad’s HVAC during the lockdown of 2020. And were very careful to wear masks -and take the necessary precautions. And in 2024 they replaced our old 1990s Mr Slim HVAC with a new modern one that is way quieter . Rony the sales guy was on time, cordial and discussed our needs and made recommendations.
