I called Cimatec Mechanical about a strong burnt electrical smell coming from our heat pump vents, and they sent Matt out right away. He took the issue seriously from the start, quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned heat strip contactor, explained everything clearly, and had it replaced in under an hour. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated how quickly he responded when I mentioned the burning smell. Great service all around!
Climatec and Nick are Amazing! They somehow turned a horrible experience with a local competitor into a great one through their competence, compassion and very fair pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for heat pump services. Nick puts out fires everywhere and we are lucky to have him.
