KOBE came after hours to service the HVAC system at TACO BANDIDO!! He was so thorough and super POLITE and friendly. So refreshing. (Kids these days). He explained everything in detail. Answered all the questions. He got it all sorted out. So nice to see a young man with that kind of WORK ethic. Thank you CLIMATEC ! We appreciate your service and will continue to use it in the future. It’s a Friday night.. but Kobe didn’t rush anything. He made sure everything was back to normal. 5 stars
I called Cimatec Mechanical about a strong burnt electrical smell coming from our heat pump vents, and they sent Matt out right away. He took the issue seriously from the start, quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned heat strip contactor, explained everything clearly, and had it replaced in under an hour. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated how quickly he responded when I mentioned the burning smell. Great service all around!
Excellent. Jan explained equipment choices, installation steps, pricing, scheduling, and waranty details allowing us to make informed decisions. Everything went smooth and as scheduled. Callum and Brigham were a pleasure to meet and were professional, efficient and the install looked great. Callum answered all my questions regarding the installation. He also went through the new thermostat with me and answered some technical questions. Almost to good to be true scenario. Office administration was also great. Thanks
We just had a heat pump put in today and dealing with Climatec was awesome. Their sales team is super professional and informative. They were very honest about our options and gave us all the details to help us make an educated decision. They use software to let you know when they are in the way and provide you with a bio video of who you will be meeting with. A very customer focused business which was greatly appreciate with such a large purchase. Highly recommend!!
This is the second time I needed help with our relatively new heat pump. Last winter and again this July during the heat wave! My wife and I were away and having our home and pets being taken care of by family. The A/C stopped working sending a code needing attention. I remembered my past experience with Climatec.
