Matt was a pleasure to deal with and totally professional. I was very impressed with how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed our heat pump. It was late Friday afternoon before a long weekend and he called around and found the part he needed. I offered to go get the part and he cleaned our unit up the best it’s ever been while I was gone. I’d give him the whole 25 stars of it was an option. We’ll definitely be calling you guys in future.

I recently had an issue with my furnace fan that wouldn’t turn off, and it was driving me crazy. After doing some troubleshooting on my own with no luck, I called Climatec Mechanical , and I’m glad I did. From the very beginning, their customer service was professional and friendly.
