Can't say enough about the staff and workmanship at Climatec. Jan's very knowledgeable, presented a few options and helped guide us in the right direction for a new heat pump. Pleasant to work with, quick to respond, and gave us a hand with navigating the rebate process. The install was seamless. My experience with Climatec from start to finish was 100% satisfaction. The technician Nicholas was friendly,on time and very knowledgeable about my furnace system.He assessed how my system was originally set up and made minor adjustments to make it run more efficiently. We have just begun working with this company and are very impressed. We had a bad experience with another company for heat pump installations a few years ago. Both my mother and I have mini splits that have had some big problems and we asked Climatec to help us solve them. Their friendly and knowledgeable technician Matt came to us on Quadra Island and he clearly explained to us what was going on and how he would fix it. One was able to be repaired immediately and now it works great! I have no doubts that Climatec will be back as soon as possible to help us with the other one. Thank you!
