I recently had an issue with my furnace fan that wouldn’t turn off, and it was driving me crazy. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and totally professional. I was very impressed with how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed our heat pump. It was late Friday afternoon before a long weekend and he called around and found the part he needed. I offered to go get the part and he cleaned our unit up the best it’s ever been while I was gone. I’d give him the whole 25 stars of it was an option. We’ll definitely be calling you guys in future.

On time, fair pricing always great to deal with. Tidy site up like they were never there! The actual heat pump is so amazing to have. I don't know how we lived without it this long....
Claude is a very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient service person. He resolved our heat pump issue and explained his findings in appropriate lay language. Confirmation of date of service and arrival time was very helpful. We will continue to ask for Claude for heat pump service and questions. We highly recommend him and Climatec.
