Matt was a pleasure to deal with and totally professional. I was very impressed with how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed our heat pump. It was late Friday afternoon before a long weekend and he called around and found the part he needed. I offered to go get the part and he cleaned our unit up the best it’s ever been while I was gone. I’d give him the whole 25 stars of it was an option. We’ll definitely be calling you guys in future.

Extremely professional, I couldn’t be more pleased with my new Fujitsu unit and the super clean install. I fully recommend Climatec for a new Install or any service call.
We needed to have our heat pump moved temporarily to have some plumbing work done. Stephen was great! Very knowledgeable and reassuring, explaining what he was doing. He was efficient and had the job done in less than an hour. We look forward to having him back to put it back in its place when the plumbers are done. Kudos!
Cody the technician was terrific. He was punctual, considerate, and efficient. He was very polite and he also brought a vacuum and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company and especially Cody’s work ethic.
