We had been trying to book a maintenence service for our heat pump for months with other local companies and not one company bothered to even respond to our phone and email inquiries. We saw Climatec Mechanical's advertising and booked an appointment through their online appointments and received a confirmed response within minutes. Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. An excellent representative of your company. I am very grateful that he was able to repair our heat pump successfully the second time, after the first compressor was defective and failed immediately following installation. Courtney has also been amazing to work with. Despite shipping challenges from the compressor manufacturer, she consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process. I love that I could book online so I didn't have to wait for morning to call to schedule a visit when my heat pump started making a funny sound one night. Ian was thorough and communicated the issue and resolution well. I haven't heard back in a week, however, about timeline for the part to be ordered and installed. A little more clear communication on process and follow-through change this to a 5 star rating
