I knew immediately when I met Chad he was trustworthy and knowledgeable. He communicated things very clearly to, which I greatly appreciated. The two Wall Mounted Direct Vent Propane Heaters look awesome and thanks to Chad's suggestion, ethsteticly, no tacky pipes on the outside of the house. He even took care to make the exterior vent pipes look attractive. Highly recommend Chad!
Called Climate Titan to look at my heat pump / propane furnace. This was after 6.00 p.m. during a snowstorm. Chad was extremely apologetic for not being able to come immediately as he was on another call but promised to come the next day (Xmas eve). He showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned promptly to fix it. I’m very happy with the service, communication and fair pricing and will certainly use Climate Titan for my future HVAC needs.
