Climate Storage is a great place to rent. There is a new office staff that answered all my questions. I have met the owners & they are friendly, kind & have made every effort to clean up the facility. I can attest that the recent negative reviews are false & made by former employees that were terminated for mishandling the property & taking advantage of the owners. I will continue to use this facility.
I've had multiple units at this facility for years. I can attest to the fact that some of the negative comments in these reviews were correct at the time they were made. However, I have met the new owners of the facility, and I believe they have the best interest of all renters at heart. With new office management, and a drive to keep the facility clean inside and out, while continuing to provide a better than average storage experience. New ownership leaves a lot to be desired with their management style. Clearly prioritize profits over loyalty. They even removed the pride flag that hung in the office for so many years, draw your own conclusions...
Impossible to get on the phone. Never in the office. Will cut your access and throw out your things, INCLUDING MY CHILD'S MEMORIES, STUFFED ANIMALS, CLOTHES, ETC WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION OR WARNING. Screenshot provided show a large payment as well as my phone records with their number. They did not call and leave messages as claimed, and I made payment at recently as February.
