Impossible to get on the phone. Never in the office. Will cut your access and throw out your things, INCLUDING MY CHILD'S MEMORIES, STUFFED ANIMALS, CLOTHES, ETC WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION OR WARNING. Top shelf storage facility, friendly staff, clean hallways and parking lot.
"Climate Control" Storage is as much climate control as a barn or shed. It's not even decent indoor storage. Dozen of my boxes were damp/soaked. One box had a tub inside with my (now adult son's)grade school art and papers. Tub also had 2 1/2 inches of WATER! Ruined it all. And no it wasn't from shipping container. I have videos/pictures of it's roof. Every piece of wood furniture was covered with mold and mildew. Never had a problem! Great staff!
….already have a unit. Problems with door access code consistently not working in the back. There is never anyone in the office during posted open hours.
