Used to be great service but sell out to FH Furr has put the business in the tank.
Guys worked good together and then 3 days later heat pump went out. Tech had to flush line, recharge and replace filter. Been good since but that tells me they didn’t flush the old line as always required. Update now 6 months later board goes out in air handler and after calling Josh says he sold the company to FH Furh. Hmmm but still advertising and website still up. Anyway Furh’s tech was very knowledgeable and answered questions without hesitation unlike the yougens Josh has working for him. Good luck
You need to fix the exhaust in the attic from the install. This has been an issue ever since the install (months ago) and they definitely haven’t willingly paid back about this extra utility costs. They came a few weeks ago to repair it, but the air handler connection is so absurdly poorly done, it’s blowing the air into the attic again. I am posting this as I am a renter and they have been in contact but you all have not called me back and I was supposed to hear from you to schedule days ago. This needs to be fixed asap.
