Horrible service. These people installed my ac unit brand new 5 years ago and I have paid annually for their maintenance service agreement since 2010. I should have known when the first thing out of the technician's mouth this year was "This system is so old, it is on its last leg" I was going to have problems. I responded: "What? You people just installed it 4 years ago." (Upon looking at my paperwork, I was incorrect, it had been 5 years). Then he came back with, "Oh I thought it was a 2004 unit, it is a 2010." Excellent Service!!!! I would like to start by thanking the girls in your office who communicate for your organization. They were so pleasant and polite with every call and question that I needed answered. If they did not know the answer to my question they asked someone in the shop who did. Also to the associates that expedited our service call, so that we were able to have our AC up and running as soon as the parts arrived to your shop. Climate solutions has done a wonderful job on my air conditioner. I hired them to come by and service my air conditioner. They came into my house and immediately got right to work. Promptly found out what the problem was, then gave me a price range to get it fixed. The price was right within my range so I took the deal. Once their tech had come to my house, the work was done and other with very quickly. I am very pleased with the work that has been done.
