Horrible service. These people installed my ac unit brand new 5 years ago and I have paid annually for their maintenance service agreement since 2010. I should have known when the first thing out of the technician's mouth this year was "This system is so old, it is on its last leg" I was going to have problems. I responded: "What? You people just installed it 4 years ago." (Upon looking at my paperwork, I was incorrect, it had been 5 years). Then he came back with, "Oh I thought it was a 2004 unit, it is a 2010." Climate solutions has done a wonderful job on my air conditioner. I hired them to come by and service my air conditioner. They came into my house and immediately got right to work. Promptly found out what the problem was, then gave me a price range to get it fixed. The price was right within my range so I took the deal. Once their tech had come to my house, the work was done and other with very quickly. I am very pleased with the work that has been done.
