We had a storage unit and Margret was absolutely amazing she took care of our needs and answered every question we had for her!!!! She is an absolutely amazing lady ❤️ if ever we need another we will definitely be coming back here to climate masters Saraland al!! If anyone needs one for anything please go see Margret!! ❤️❤️ thank u to Margret for everything you have done for us
Margaret and her team were wonderful and the facility is in excellent condition. One step into the lobby tells you there are people that care working at this location.
Jason and Margaret were amazing. I experienced several issues that were of not fault of them or uhaul and they did everything they could to fix my issues until we were able to find a resolution to get me back on the road.
