Our AC went out late on a Friday afternoon in mid July. It was HOT! On Saturday we contacted numerous repair companies but Climate Hero’s AC lived up to their name! The service rep, Jill, that answered the phone on Saturday had Justin and Edgar out the very next day. Justin diagnosed the problem and then he and Edgar fixed the unit with a part they had in their well stocked work vehicle. They had the house cooling down immediately!
