Vance was certainly qualified to do the work. Your letter was not clear as to what “professional cleaning” means. I took it to mean the unit would look and act almost like a new one. I want to cancel my participation in your maintenance program since Vance said I would not need this kind of service for three years. However. Since we came to agreement on payment for this service and since Vance did a good job job, I would like to continue as a customer and hopefully we will communicate better in the future. Bob

Victor and Horacio did our air duct cleaning today and they went above and beyond. The cleaning was fantastic and they documented every step of the way to show my wife and I the before and after. Fast, friendly and overall great work. This is the only HVAC company we will ever work with now that we have moved into our new home in Marietta, Ga.
