Jason Dreyer, Climate Giant assessor, oversaw electrical and plumbing contractors and/or performed himself energy saving jobs on my house including blown wall and attic insulation, sprayed basement/foundation insulation, corrected faulty dryer machine venting, upgraded electric company power and connections including a new panel box, installed a new water heater, and installed a new carbon monoxide detector. I’ve worked with Climate Giant on the last two programs I was approved for through NYSERDA. Hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever received. I will forever book any services I need through Climate Giant. Very efficient, professional, kind and quick response. Also, takes the time to educate you on important details around the service you’re receiving.
I contacted Climate Giant and the person who answered, Jason wasn't professional. It appears that RG&E provided the wrong information or there was just a misunderstanding. I explained what RG&E stated needed to be done and he proceeded to argue his point again. I then just said this wasn't going to work as he was very argumentative and combative. He sounded like he just woke up when he answered the phone and didn't even introduce himself as a representative or the owner of the business. It was all very unprofessional.
One of their trucks refused to let us merge as our lane ended almost resulting in an accident. Extremely unprofessional and downright dangerous conduct while driving. It wasn’t a box truck, it was pickup truck on a merge lane
