I closed on the purchase of a plumbing company through Climate First with an SBA loan last month and my experience was absolutely phenomenal, even with navigating a difficult process. Mike Gest was terrific and attentive from the start. He has a 10/10 personality and is an extremely hard worker with an A+ attitude. Do not go with this bank! They are harassing my disabled veteran husband for ridiculous amount of fees they claim he owes for a loan that was approved but never been dispersed because the solar job was cancelled. They are unethical. Disheartening to say the least. My husband did not even wanted to go with this bank, but the solar company was pressuring him to do so.
