I would strongly caution anyone considering banking with Climate First Bank. On Friday, May 22, 2026, my Citi payment was returned unpaid despite sufficient funds being available; when I called around 10 AM to resolve it, the representative was dismissive and unapologetic, and no manager ever called me back as requested. Terrible experience here, and unending! For weeks I've been trying to get account information as basic as the account number, and still have no way to move money into the accounts I open 3 weeks ago. Customer service starts out real nice, then lies to you, then ignores you - it's really, really not just me...
