Third time using Climate Experts. I’ve had them replace my furnace and air conditioner with a new heat pump. Also, service on my Napoleon fireplace and a routine maintenance call. Great communications from the admin, courteous and professional. The service guys are very conscious, caring and skilled. Pleasure to deal with when equipment fails and your looking for best advice and good results. They delivered for me.

Reliable, kind, honest, attentive people. The person on the phone said that they will come between :900 and 12:00 the next day to replace our furnace and they came little after 9:00 the next day. They knew we were cold at home with -8C outside and a bad snow storm and made effort to replace our furnace in a manner of hours. Excellent experience. Robert was able to diagnose the problem in less than a minute and Evan came out right away to fix the furnace. Excellent process from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company!

I have used climate experts to replace my old furnace last year and this year I put in a new ductless air conditioner. Everything is professional with fair prices. Robert was of great help! Very fast service!
