Had the annual maintenance done on our heating system before placing it in service. Technician was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Did not leave until all questions were answered. Gave us a complete assessment of our heating system condition and what needed to be corrected. We decided to have Climate Experts put in a new furnace as ours is 19 years old.

Had a good relationship until they made a mistake and wanted full payment. I had inquired before a service call if they had someone with the qualifications for a specific issue. They ignored this and sent someone without the requested qualifications. This person misdiagnosed the issue and I had to hire someone else for it. They still wanted full payment despite having not helped in any way.
Easy to contact to schedule maintenance, great customer service, quick scheduling, friendly service person! Excellent experience.
