Their technician was professional, personable and proficient. An absolute joy to have them service my AC.
Doug is a great guy and a no-nonsense technichian. He had our issue fixed very quickly and fully explained how the problem was solved.
Mike was great to deal with and offered us the most reasonable price for the compressor replacement. They even provided us with 3 portable units to keep our house livable until they could get the unit fixed. The only company to offer that to us. Will definitely be using them for any future needs.
Frigid Air did a great job with my new ductless system. Nick was great to work with and very communicative. Doug was also very easy to work with and I was impressed with the interest they showed in making sure our satisfaction was met. I highly recommend them.
