I rarely give reviews, but this HVAC technician went so above and beyond the call of duty to get our system back online, it deserves recognition. The technician who arrived was exceptional. He provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable. Initially, he came to fix our heater, but he also discovered the shoddy work done by the previous HVAC technician from a different company when our AC malfunctioned a few months ago.
