My AC unit went down June 12 and I contacted one of the big companys (one I typically use) to schedule an emergency service call however by Monday the 15th... Still no service tech came by to fix the unit. I was referred to Climate Experts by a good friend and even though it was late in the day, Michael made time to swing by after his other service calls to fix the unit.
