Bad experience — I specified a Provia storm door, and was referred to Climate Door & Window for the order, delivey & install. Not a good experience at all. - Poor communications: by email and phone, very difficult to get a response from Steven Fredey. I had other contractors working with me who had similar feedback in dealing with him. I recently had 11 new Windows installed in our 1940's house. Steve and crew did a beautiful job. I will have them back when we do the doors. Highly recommend Climate Door and Window.
We had a difficult time locating a company willing to replace our front door at a fair price. Big box stores did not provide great service and smaller contractors were overpriced. Steve came to our house to take measurements and provide an overview of available products. From start to finish Steve was very attentive to customer service. Steve and his team installed a high quality product at a reasonable price. We will be contacting Climate Door & Window for future jobs, if needed.
I had gone to A big box store and had a bad experience. I researched and found Climate Doors. Steve came to our house and showed us some options we could do. He discussed making sure the door was replaced correctly and removing old frames and siding and replacing with new ones. The other place wasn't going to do any of this....
