The best HVAC company in Middle Tennessee. Will come out any day. Former professor and is extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
They're a no call; no show. I called them 45 minutes AFTER their 2 hour appointment window. To get excuses, "we're not done with the work before you"; "we'll need to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday" (today is Friday and I have water pouring out of the ceiling). When I asked if that's what I can expect for the way they do business; I was hung up on. Yes, I'm angry. Yes, I've altered my entire day to wait around for these people.
