Update : We had another simple problem with our HVAC again. I was trying to make an appointment to get someone to take a look at. It was impossible to get them to come. I understand that it was not urgent problem, but they stood me up for the appointment. They kept telling me that they didn’t forget about me and yada and disappeared.
