Placed an order with this company, after waiting a few days it never turned up. Contacted the company who then strung me along for a while before saying it will not be delivered for over 3 weeks. They do not stock all products so they have little control over when it will be delivered. This disruption caused me to have to delay an installation, when I asked for a small discount for the disruption they simply said no. Excellent service. Parts ordered 10.30am Monday arrived from Belgium 2pm Tuesday. Now that's service, rare today. Cannot praise highly enough.
They sent me faulty parts and ignored my messages. I returned the item and still haven’t received my refund. They don’t reply to emails and don’t keep their promises. Very poor service. Please return my money.
Joe was great help, I had little clue about our particular decrotive panel model, but with a few pics he was able to get the right part sent to us within a few days. Great service and speedy response!
