I have had good experiences here, love the climate control temp that is actually weather appropriate, but I just wish they had units larger than 10" x15" here at Climate Controlled Storage on Deadwood Avenue in Rapid City, SD, where I rented two units for over 2 years. It was a secure 24/7 facility with office hours during the week. If you leave them a message, they get back to you quickly.
