I reached out to them because I wanted to purchase my own Minisplit set up with ceiling cassettes. Bryan looked over my quote, checked out the project, and did high quality work for a great price. He's also easy to talk to and patient with questions. Almost every other installer I called in Bend said they would only install units from their vendors which made the cost go way up, and also restricted what I was able to purchase.
