We used Climate Control Services to install a new HVAC and air-conditioning system over the summer. Wonderful experience start to finish. They worked with us to understand our needs & to get us the product that would work best for us. We have had them out twice since the products were installed. Once they reached out to us to check the system before winter and make sure that we knew how to change the furnace filter because it was different than what we’ve had in the past. Serviceman was on time and professional. He asked about any problems or questions I had. . . which I did have. He addressed them to my satisfaction. . . one was changing temperature when our heat pump changes over from electricity to gas furnace. Made me happy.
