Great service! A newly installed thermostat wasn't working and Climate Control had a technician out with a couple of days. (This wasn't an urgent issue and I told them to take their time.) The tech diagnosed and then explained the problem clearly while he fixed it. He also communicated with his manager about my request for a quote to replace the entire unit eventually and then inspected the AC unit on the roof of my condo building. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience.
All aspects of the maintenance of the furnace was done completely by Ethan . I am completely satisfied with the service that was done.
