Rather than reception being very kind, our experience was horrible. Over a month of trying to get them to complete a task to close for the sale of our home. We are 3 days before closing and had to hire another company. Initially they went in and “fixed” the completely wrong system and sent us a $300 bill. Jason and his team are friendly, professional, and take pride in what they do! I had them install an AC unit for me recently and they had me booked for installation far faster than I expected. During installation the team took great care to be mindful of the house and were very efficient! I highly recommend them!

I had a disappointing experience with Climate Control during a furnace repair at my rental property in December 2024. While the technician resolved the immediate issue. The repair was arranged by my tenants without my prior approval, despite me being fully available at the time. Climate Control went ahead with the work and billed my tenants directly — even though I am the property owner and should have been the one consulted and invoiced.
