Our Trane furnace is about 10 years old. We are going through this also but with Climate Control. Getting the run around from Trane and complete ghosting from climate control unless we pony up the $3500 for the labor that the warranty does not cover. They have not returned our last phone call when we were pushing them to repair and then go after Trane for the bill themselves.
