UPDATE: This review is specific to ClimateMaster products. The company oddly was able to get Google to delete their individual listing......soooo....... I'm adding this review to the parent company. While I'm updating this, I can add additional experience with their products because we're still experiencing issues and most recently had to replace another entire unit.
