In the seven years I’ve lived in the area, we have had them out three or four times. All of the issues have been less than $500 fixes, and in a few of those cases they let me know that cheaper solutions were possible, and that it made sense to start there, and then reassess. Those were all good decisions. Overall, my experience with these guys has been great. They have been prompt, and friendly. The above contact number for this company goes directly to voice mail. The average turn around time for a call back from them is two days. I'm in a situation where the heat pump that they installed for me is a size too small. They put some efforts in troubleshooting it during the first summer. Now, it's two years later. The unit, still won't keep up in the summer and Climate Control Expert's way of handling me is to not return my phone calls or emails.
