Extremely angry and frustrated. The ducted air conditioning unit took the entire summer to repair, and the process was completely mismanaged. The company had difficulty diagnosing the issue, which delayed ordering the correct parts. The communication was appalling — calls and emails were rarely, if ever, returned, and there was no effort to keep us informed. Called for a quote and the lady who answered was 10/10 rude. I asked about getting aircon degassed today as we are passing thru. She laughed at me & said “it’s the middle of summer ….” Yep, I’m aware. No need for such rudeness. Clearly don’t need the money. Booked with another company down the road who were super friendly and booked no problems.
John was extremely helpful in handling my Fujitsu Warranty Repairs and both occasions I dealt with him. Josh, the technician who came to my house to carry out the repair was on time, friendly and tidy. Will use this company in future for all my airconditioning needs. 5/5 Thanks.
