They only want your money, do not take responsibility for the results, and will only cause you more trouble. They mechanically replaced my AC outdoor PCB and concluded the indoor PCB was also faulty, but this was definitely wrong. After their replacement, the system immediately displayed error codes, and it is likely that their careless work caused or worsened the EEV short circuit. Extremely angry and frustrated. The ducted air conditioning unit took the entire summer to repair, and the process was completely mismanaged. The company had difficulty diagnosing the issue, which delayed ordering the correct parts. The communication was appalling — calls and emails were rarely, if ever, returned, and there was no effort to keep us informed. Called for a quote and the lady who answered was 10/10 rude. I asked about getting aircon degassed today as we are passing thru. She laughed at me & said “it’s the middle of summer ….” Yep, I’m aware. No need for such rudeness. Clearly don’t need the money. Booked with another company down the road who were super friendly and booked no problems.
