I have used Climate Control for 20 years. My outside Air Conditioning unit gave out right after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I was ready to get the inside part and heater also, but they told me those units were working fine and didn't need to be replaced. They continued to maintain the old units for another 4 years and then put the new ones in. They do twice a year maintenance and are fantastic.
