I have used Climate Control for years. Prompt courteous service. Very quick response time. Their Technicians are very knowledgable. I enjoy the benefits of an annual service contract. Highly recommend!
Called for smell coming from ac vents and wanted vents cleaned. Rep came out went into attic and looked around did not open anything up. He charged me $99.95 and said ductwork needed replaced and would send us a quote. We got a quote of $1600.00 to replace all ducts. Smell getting worse I called another company which came out opened the supply plenum and found and removed a dead snake. Nathan is always quick to respond and help me with emergency situations! His team goes above and beyond! Anthony came out to check a few things and finish a project we had going on. I needed a different vent and the color to be black. Anthony came out and brought a new vent and spray painted it black for me. They go above and beyond and I'm so thankful to have them near our small town!
