Last week our AC blower motor died. I called this company and was surprised that they were able to send someone out within a few hours. The sad news was that since the HVAC unit is a bit of an off-brand, as installed by the previous owners, it took some time for them to source a new one. But Zach kept me informed and when it did finally arrive he got it installed PDQ. So a shout-out to Zach and Climate Control for their rapid response, good ongoing communication style and obvious first rate knowledge about all things HVAC!
Great job, very respectful and knowledgeable. showed up after hours had it back up an going within 30 minutes would recommend then to anyone.
Great service. I called at 8:00AM and they were here by 8:30AM. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I have been using them for years and they really try looking out for your best interest. Highly recommend them.
